The Tiffany Package is for the couple who has completed their planning (or plans to do so) and is looking for a Day-Of Coordinator to execute their vision. This will allow our couples to relax and be a guest at their own wedding!
Coordination Begins: 3 months out
The Tiffany includes the following services

2 in person meetings

Professional Day of Wedding Coordinator onsite for up to 12 hours of wedding day management

Every wedding over 50 guests includes 2 wedding coordinators

Timeline creation via shared Google Doc

Unlimited contact via call or text from the time of booking. We are here for you!

Rehearsal: One hour max

Point of contact for the day of! Directing all vendors & helpers, checking in with bridal party, etc ~ we keep everyone in check and on time!

Distribute bouquets & corsages to bridal party, attendants & family members

Ceremony and Reception Cues ~ Working with the DJ to ensure everything is on schedule

Oversee reception & ceremony sites to make sure all elements meet your expectations. We make sure your vision comes to life!

Ensure parents don't miss special events during the reception

Distribute final payments & gratuities as needed to vendors

Retrieve wedding gifts / cards ~ we will monitor the flow of the card box and make sure cards and gifts are in their designated area for family members to take home for you!

Arrange for ALL your personal items to be packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle

Arrange for caterer to have leftovers/snack/dessert for the two of you to have as a midnight snack! You may be hungry after your long, fabulous day!

Most importantly, FULL access to the Wedding Day “Emergency Kit” ~ Trust us, it always comes in handy!
